VI · The Hands Behind the Work

Damien Paterniti

Owner & Lead Arborist

Damien has been in the arboriculture industry for twenty years. He trained and worked in Perth before making the move to Broome eight years ago to join Roebuck Tree Service. He never left — and today he owns the business.

When you ask for a quote, Damien is the person who turns up. He walks the tree with you, talks through the risk in plain terms, and recommends only the work the tree actually needs. Retention comes first; removal is always the last option.

Broome is home now. He and his partner are raising two young children here, and the lifestyle — the tides, the fishing, the community — is exactly why he stayed.
